classes
Four formats, two rooms. Book up to 14 days ahead. Cancel free up to 12 hours before class.
Lagree full body · 45 minutes
High intensity, low impact strength training on the Mega Pro reformer. Lagree moves slow on purpose: every rep at a count, every transition part of the work, muscles under tension the entire class.
Who it’s for: anyone who wants real strength work without pounding their joints. The machine scales to you, so first-timers and regulars train side by side.
What to expect: your own Mega Pro and a full body sequence through core, legs, arms, and back. Your muscles will shake. That means it’s working.
What to bring: grip socks (required) and water. We handle the rest.
boxing · 45 minutes
Rounds on the heavy bag: technique, footwork, combinations, and conditioning.
Who it’s for: total beginners through experienced boxers.
What to expect: a warm up, a combination to learn, rounds to work it, and a steady finish.
What to bring: hand wraps and water. Hand wraps are available for purchase and gloves are available for rent at the studio but we encourage you to bring your own.
mat Pilates · 45 minutes
Classical mat work: core, control, and alignment, with contemporary touch.
Who it’s for: every level.
What to expect: slow, precise, deliberate movement. Lower intensity than Lagree, with the same attention to form.
What to bring: grip socks recommended. Mats are here.
Cadence signature · 60 minutes
The hybrid class we built the studio around. Half the room starts on Mega Pros, half starts on the bags. Halfway through the hour, you switch.
Who it’s for: people who want strength and conditioning in the same hour. Brand new to both? Take a Lagree class and a boxing class first; Signature moves quick.
What to expect: two stations, one switch. Machine work at Lagree pace, bag work in rounds.
What to bring: grip socks and hand wraps. Gloves at the studio.
